Barclays Foubiri AYAKOROMA (BFA) is the immediate past Executive Secretary/CEO, National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Abuja-FCT, and author of the ground-breaking Trends in Nollywood: A Study of Selected Genres and Theatre Management in Nigeria: An Introduction. He has to his credit several articles, edited and co-edited books, and many published plays, including, Dance on his Grave, A Matter of Honour and A Scar for Life. A Fellow of Society of Nigeria Theatre Artists (SONTA), National Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (NANTAP) and Institute of Management Consultants (IMC-Nigeria), he is Member, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), and Nollywoods Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN). As exemplary management and leadership expert, he is the immediate past Editor of SONTAs Nigerian Theatre Journal (NTJ); and current Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), University of Africa, Toru-Orua (UAT), Bayelsa State, Nigeria.
